About Me

I am an entrepreneur, educator, and social advocate with a passion for building ideas that create impact. My journey has taken me from the corporate world to founding ventures that bring change in healthcare, education, digital innovation, and philanthropy.

After completing my schooling at New Horizon Public School, I pursued a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Bangalore University and later studied Cinematography at Mumbai University. My early years with organizations like Tata Sky, Genser Aero Space, and WNS Global Services gave me valuable lessons in leadership, branding, and teamwork.

I always believed my true path was to create something of my own. That belief led me to entrepreneurship. Over the years, I have built institutions that focus on excellence with empathy - from training doctors through Medline Academics to empowering women’s healthcare through Dr. Kamini Rao Hospitals, from driving digital transformation with Poorvi Digismart to producing socially aware and meaningful content through Poorvi Productions.

Medline Academics

As Co-Founder & Executive Director, I lead India’s first e-learning platform in reproductive medicine. We train 300+ specialists every year, preparing them to serve patients with skill and compassion.

Dr. Kamini Rao Hospitals

As Executive Director, I help shape a healthcare space where innovation meets personalized care for women across all stages of life.

Poorvi Digismart & Just Events 365

Through my digital agency and events company, I have redefined how healthcare institutions connect with people, whether through impactful campaigns or large-scale conferences like the LIFE Conference Series.

Poorvi Productions

Poorvi Productions was born from my desire to produce meaningful content. Our flagship show, “Dr. Kamini Rao’s Master Class”, has reached more than 2.8 million viewers worldwide, sharing knowledge while sparking social awareness and positive change.

My Vision & Legacy

For me, true success is not measured by titles or awards, but by the lives I am able to touch and the opportunities I can create for others. My vision has always been to blend innovation with empathy—to make healthcare more accessible, to redefine how reproductive medicine is taught in India, and to ensure that education and digital access reach those who need it most.

I believe that building institutions is not just about growth, but about leaving behind a culture of compassion and excellence that will inspire generations to come.
